General

Is OmniHood custodial?

No. Your tokens live in your wallet the whole time. The only exception is card top-ups, where USD balance is held at the issuer (KripiCard) — and even there, per-wallet ownership is tracked by an on-chain-anchored ledger.

Which chains does OmniHood support?

Seven today: Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Robinhood Chain, and Stablechain. See the chains reference for the details.

How do you actually route across chains?

Relay for cross-chain, Jupiter for Solana-side fills. You don't pick — the app returns the best of both.

Swap

Why is my quote for less than the market price shows?

The quote already includes swap fee + network gas + (for cross-chain) bridge cost. Everything is baked in so what you sign is exactly what lands.

Can I trade a token that doesn't appear in the picker?

Paste its contract address (EVM) or mint (Solana). If Relay/Jupiter can reach any liquidity for it, it works.

What happens if the price moves during a cross-chain swap?

The quote you signed locks in a minimum output. If the market moves past that limit before settlement, the swap reverts and your paid tokens return. You never receive less than the quote showed.

Cards

Do I need to stake OMHD to create a card?

No — the staking gate is off in the default config. You can create a card as long as you pay the ~$5 create fee. See Staking.

Can I withdraw the card balance back to crypto?

Currently withdrawals are one-way (crypto → card → spent as fiat). Full withdrawal to crypto is on the roadmap.

How is my card data protected?

The PAN and CVV never touch OmniHood servers — they live only at the card issuer and are fetched directly to your browser on Reveal. See Security.

What's the cashback rate?

1.5% of every spend, paid in OMHD to your linked EVM wallet within minutes of the transaction settling. No claim step.

Launcher

Can I launch on only some chains?

Not through the default UI — every token gets the full mesh (Solana + Base + BNB + Robinhood Chain). Contact support if you need a subset.

Who controls my token's contracts?

By default, the OmniHood deployer holds admin roles on the OFT contracts for security review reasons. Ownership can be transferred to the creator on request.

Do I need to hold OMHD to launch a token?

No. The launch fee is paid in any token — OmniHood does the OMHD swap + burn under the hood.

OMHD

Is OMHD a governance token?

No, deliberately. There's no voting, no proposals, no lockups for boost. See The OMHD token.

Where can I see how much OMHD has been burned?

On the homepage — the burn stat reflects confirmed on-chain burns, backed by real tx hashes. It doesn't include the historical launch burn (which would overstate the app-driven number).

Is OMHD available on Solana?

Not yet. Solana OFT deployment is in progress.

Liquidity

Is there a lockup on LP positions?

No. Deposit and withdraw any time. If the local chain is short of inventory, the keeper bridges from another chain (~1–3 min) before your withdrawal is paid.

Do I get impermanent loss?

No — the unified pool trades at the signed home price on every chain, so there's no cross-chain mispricing to arb against you. You're exposed only to the underlying token's price movement, same as holding it.

How are fees paid to LPs?

Fees accrue into the pool NAV automatically — your share grows without any claim step. The RFQ trade fee is 1%, split 70% to LPs / 30% to protocol.

Troubleshooting

"Not enough liquidity" when trading a launched token

The local chain is short of that token's inventory. Behind the scenes, a CrossChainOrder is emitted and a keeper will bridge tokens from another chain — this typically takes 1–3 minutes. Refresh the tx status or wait for the LayerZero delivery.

My swap says "quote expired"

Quotes are valid for about a minute. If you took too long to sign, click the amount input to refresh the quote and try again.

My card creation fee "hasn't been indexed yet"

Relay sometimes lags a minute indexing a burn payment. Wait a minute and click Claim again — the fee is safe either way; it's just the credit-granting that waits on Relay confirmation.

I signed in with email but don't see my cards from before

Cards are indexed by the wallet that created them. Sign in with the same email/Google as before and they'll show up. If you used a browser wallet the first time, use that wallet.
