The OMHD token

OmniHood's native token. Four value flows concentrate app volume into a single ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain — omnichain via LayerZero.

OMHD is OmniHood's native ERC-20, live on Robinhood Chain (with omnichain OFT deployments on Base and BNB via LayerZero). It is not a governance chip and doesn't gate features — its whole purpose is to concentrate value from the app back into a single token.

Contract

The four value flows

Swap fee buyback

Every swap on OmniHood pays a small fee. A share of that fee is used as an instant on-chain OMHD buyback on the user's own transaction — real DEX buy pressure, per trade.

Card fee burn

Every new card costs ~$5, paid in any token. That payment is executed as a swap into OMHD, delivered to the burn address. Every card issued = supply destroyed.

Launch fee burn

Every token launch on OmniHood contributes ~$1/chain into OMHD buyback + burn, on top of the treasury share.

Cashback flywheel

Every card purchase earns cashback in OMHD, paid out from the swap fee pool. Spend → the pool buys OMHD → cashback holders receive it.

How each flow works on-chain

Swap fee buyback

  • User signs a swap → OmniHood takes a small % of the pay amount as fee.
  • A share of the fee is routed into an on-chain OMHD purchase in the same transaction, delivered to the treasury.
  • Nothing is off-chain: the swap and the buyback share one signature and settle together.

Card fee burn

  • Creating a card costs $5, paid in any token.
  • OmniHood swaps the paid token into OMHD via Relay in the same signature and delivers the OMHD to a burn address.
  • Every card creation is verifiably burned OMHD — see the stat on the homepage, backed by real tx hashes (only confirmed burns are counted, not the historical launch burn).

Launch fee burn

  • Each launched token pays ~$3 per chain: $2 to treasury + $1 to OMHD buyback + burn.
  • Same on-chain flow as the card fee — the launch fee's burn share is a real, tx-hashed destruction.

Cashback flywheel

  • Every card purchase generates cashback: 1.5% of spend, paid in OMHD.
  • The cashback is sourced from the swap fee pool the app already collects.
  • Cashback is sent on-chain, no claim step, to the user's linked EVM wallet within minutes of the transaction settling.

Where to see the numbers

  • Live stats on the homepage track OMHD burned + volume routed through the app in real time.
  • The burn counter deliberately does not report balanceOf(BURN_ADDRESS) — that balance is mostly supply burned at launch, which would overstate the app-driven burn. Only tx-hashed confirmed burns are counted.

Getting OMHD

OMHD is a normal ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain. Get it via:

  • Swap from any token on any chain — OmniHood handles the routing.
  • Card cashback — spend with your card and OMHD accrues automatically to your EVM address.
  • Being early — swap and card fees continuously buy OMHD off the market; the sooner you hold, the more of that pressure accrues to you.

Not governance

OMHD is deliberately not a governance token. There's no voting, no proposal system, no lockups for boost. The design goal is a value-capture ERC-20 that reflects real economic activity, not a coordination coin.

Omnichain via LayerZero

OMHD is deployed on Base and BNB in addition to Robinhood Chain via LayerZero's OFT lockbox adapter pattern:

  • The Robinhood Chain deployment is the home (the canonical OMHD).
  • Base and BNB deployments are 1:1 OFT representations, minted only when someone bridges OMHD in from home, burned when they bridge out.
  • The mesh uses a 3-DVN stack (LayerZero Labs + Nethermind + Horizen) so no single verifier can move supply.

Roadmap

  • Solana OMHD OFT — bridging OMHD to Solana via the same LayerZero mesh (in progress).
  • Optional gates — some premium features may eventually require holding or staking OMHD; these will be announced ahead of activation and env-toggleable so nothing breaks silently.
